Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a naturally occuring state, a state of trance, that most of us drift into
quite easily at various times of the day. When your attention is deeply focussed
you are in a form of trance. for example when you are engrossed in a book or a
film or when you are daydreaming.

You can learn how to take yourself into a trance state so that you can experience
a wonderful state of deep relaxation. As you relax deeply your body is in it's
optimum state for healing and your mind is ready to accept the suggestions that
you want it to.

Everyone can find a level at which they are comfortable. As you relax into the
deep state of relaxation we will have greater access to your subconcious mind
- that part of you that is running your life from behind the scenes.

Using hypnosis in a therapeutic setting we can work together to understand and
to change your underlying behaviours. This is why hypnotherapy works so quickly
and effectively, you make the changes you want, at the deepest level.
